About the Author
Lachandra Baker is Senior Manager of Employee Engagement at CoverMyMeds. She is part of the Talent Management team and is responsible for creating world-class employee experiences from entry to exit. Currently, Lachandra leads the company’s new hire orientation, which welcomes and onboards employees to CoverMyMeds.
Lachandra received her bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University, majoring in Leisure Services and Hospitality Management. She received her master's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of the Southwest. Lachandra is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) through the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) for the Greater Columbus Region through Experience Columbus.
Lachandra is active in the community and volunteers at many events, activities and festivals around Columbus. In her free time, she enjoys experiencing new cultures, vacationing, drinking craft cocktails and creating innovative projects with her husband, Brian, and daughter, Aujolie.
